INSTITUTE
The Assistant/Associate Vice President (AVP) Institute is an innovative pre-conference experience designed to support and develop AVPs and other "number twos" in their unique campus leadership roles. The Institute will provide high-level content through a variety of participant engagement-oriented sessions and intentional networking so that a participant's connections with other AVPs/#2s grows beyond the Institute.

No. Pre-conference workshops are proposed by NASPA members through the Call for Programs. Institutes are curated by NASPA in partnership with specific constituent groups.
No. Institute registration does not require a general conference registration. Information on a discount for the main NASPA Annual Conference registration to those attendees also registering for a Specialty Institute will be released October 1.
Each institute is designed for a specific professional community. We encourage you to attend the institute that best reflects your role and institution type.
