The 2026 Western Regional Conference will be held from November 7-10 in Vancouver, BC, Canada at the Sheraton Vancouver Wall Centre and The University of British Columbia, allowing for unique customization and curation of sponsor conference engagement with participants.

As a conference hosted in Canada, this event offers sponsors a unique opportunity to engage with a distinctly international network of higher education leaders and institutions across the western United States, Canada, Australia, Guam, and Hawai‘i through NASPA Regions V and VI. With approximately 500 attendees, the conference creates a dynamic space for cross-border partnership building, expanded brand visibility, and meaningful engagement with professionals shaping the future of higher education on a global scale.

2026 Sponsorship Add-On Opportunities

This year, we are including several add-ons that our sponsorship partners can customize to increase interaction with participants and overall impact. This list is not all-inclusive and we are open to working with you and being creative.

$500 Add-On Menu Options

A conference participant list, delivered two times over the registration timeline:
- Two weeks prior to the conference and
- After the conclusion of the conference.
Premium table placement in the exhibitor area near electrical outlets and with extra space for offering participant activities.

$1000 Add-On Menu Options

The opportunity to offer a dedicated “partner session” as a part of the conference institute/pre-con workshop or presentation schedule.
Amplified promotion of your sponsorship, brand, and key messages on social media and through intentionally scheduled and featured opportunities to highlight your services and resources before, during, and after the conference.

$2500 - $5000+ Add-On Menu Options

Branded sponsorship for a key conference event - such as the opening keynote, opening reception or closing keynote.
Host a snack break, reception, or a meal, and to provide a brief greeting and overview of your services and resources during that gathering.
