Participation in this event is limited to the highest-ranking student affairs officer at the institution. VPSAs in interim roles are eligible to attend.

Registration eligibility for member rates is determined based on an individual’s active membership status at the time of the event. If your membership is set to expire before the event date, you will have the opportunity to renew during the registration process in order to retain access to member pricing.
Individuals who are not currently members may still qualify for discounted registration if their institution holds an active organizational membership. In such cases, professionals may join as affiliate members at a reduced rate. For individuals from non-member institutions, alternative membership options are available, offering full access to member benefits and discounted event rates. If you are facing financial challenges, you may be eligible for a membership or professional development scholarship, which can be applied toward this event.

NASPA Foundation Access Scholarships
The NASPA Foundation, in partnership with NASPA, is excited to share this scholarship opportunity designed to keep NASPA members connected to the field and the Association. Donor gifts have allowed for scholarships to directly support conference registrations and on-site housing for select NASPA events, as well as the Core Student Affairs Educator Certification.
Applicants must apply by the deadline associated with their selected event and are encouraged to apply as early as possible. Applicants will be notified regarding status two weeks after the deadline. If possible, you are encouraged to go ahead and register for the event. If you are awarded a scholarship, your registration will be refunded in full.
Applicants may only receive a scholarship one (1) time for each annual cycle, which ends June 30. Recipients of this scholarship in the previous annual cycle are not eligible to apply again.
Venue and Hotel
A room block has been reserved for Convening participants at The Omni Resort-Amelia Island, located at 39 Beach Lagoon Road, Fernandina Beach, FL 32034.
All conference activities will take place at the Omni Amelia Island Hotel.
NASPA has arranged special room rates for Institute attendees. Please use the link below to reserve a room in our hotel block (link coming soon). Travel
The Omni Resort-Amelia Island is serviced by Jacksonville International Airport (JAX) and is approximately 29 miles from the resort. The resort does not provide shuttle service. Ride-share service is available and the estimated fare is typically about $50 to $75 USD one way, depending on traffic and demand.
Parking
On-site parking is available at the resort for a daily fee.
